DMS provides elder care services in Australia. Our services include but are not limited to caregiving, medical assistance, companionship, and other related services for elderly individuals.

2. Eligibility:

You must be at least 18 years old to use our Services. By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

3. User Accounts:

In order to access certain features of the Services, you may be required to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Use of Services:
a. You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
b. You may not use the Services in any manner that could disable, overburden, damage, or impair the Services or interfere with any other party’s use of the Services.
c. You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Services or any systems or networks connected to the Services.

6. Intellectual Property:
All content included in the Services, including text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, video clips, data compilations, and software, is the property of DMS or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other laws that protect intellectual property and proprietary rights. You may not modify, reproduce, distribute, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the content on our Services without our prior written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability:
In no event shall DMS, its officers, directors, employees, or agents be liable to you or any third party for any indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special, or punitive damages, including lost profit damages arising from your use of the Services.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Australia, without regard to its conflicts of law principles.
